• Freight charges are based on the total weight of your order.

• Orders are dispatched via post at the end of each business day (Monday to Friday). Please contact us or make a note in the notes order section if the Order is urgent. Better still Ring us!!

• We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please return the goods with your written explanation (within 30 days) and we will offer you a replacement or full refund (excluding freight costs).
